Appealing medium white wine, with a delicate grapey sweetness and a fresh finish.

Classic Australian full flavoured Chardonnay, with its bouquet of tropical fruit and toasted nuts then pineapple and coconut in the mouth.  Wonderful with smoked fish, creamy pasta or white meats.

USA:

Turning Leaf Pinot Grigio- £14.00

Medium in body, Turning leaf 2008 California Pinot Grigio ingratiates on several levels-the fruit has richness on the palate with nice ripe apple and pear, hints of floral and citrus which makes this wine easy to appreciate its taste.

France:

Henri La Fontaine Chablis- £18.00

Pale yellow wine with green tints.  It has typical steely mineral aromas and a hint of butter.  Crisp and flinty, perfect with prawns, salmon and smoked fish.

Germany:

Black Tower Rosé-£12.00

This wonderfully refreshing and mouthwatering Rosé has fruit flavours reminiscent of raspberries and strawberries.

South Africa:

Rouwke’s Drift Rosé-£14.00

From the fantastic dark-rose colour of this wine, you can tell it’s jam packed full of summer fruit.  This is a fine example of what South Africa has to offer, with flavours of ripe raspberries and juicy cherries.

Chile:

San Andres Merlot-£12.00

Ripe blackberry flavour and cherry fruit flavours wrapped around a soft mellow core.

Australia:

Scenic Ridge Shiraz-£12.00

A ripe, rugged wine with mouthfuls of spicy blackberry fruit and a touch of eucalyptus and vanilla oak.  A great choice with minced beef dishes or traditional style hotpots.

Chile:

Jacobs Creek Sparkling Rosé-£16.00

Soft pink colour with a fine and persistent mousse.  The Pinot Noir characters are showcased in this wine, with fresh strawberry and redcurrant notes followed by some delicate citrus from the Chardonnay.  Generous red berry and citrus fruit flavours enrich the palate with creamy yeast autolysis providing depth and flavour.  The wine finishes soft and round, with lingering berry flavours.

Australia:

Jacobs Creek Sparkling Chardonnay-£16.00

Mid straw green with a fine gas bead and persistent mousse.  The refreshing lemon citrus aromas of Chardonnay are in harmony with the redcurrant characters of Pinot Noir.  Generous citrus fruit flavours are enhanced with creamy nutty yeast characters providing both richness and structure.  The wine finishes soft, crisp and clean.

France:
